Vertigo

Has anybody any experience of vertigo?
I have been receiving treatment for vertigo for the last five days. Will the dizziness go when the 10-day course of medication is complete? Will it keep recurring? Will the condition get worse? Thanks, Lilly

It may well take the full 10-day course of treatment for the vertigo to clear up. From my experience it took several days of treatment before there was any initial relief of symptoms. Vertigo can be slow to respond to treatment. However, if it has not cleared up within 10 to 14 days of commencing treatment you should return to see your doctor. I think it can reoccur but its not common.
