I have recently being diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and wondered if anyone else is in a similar situation? I find that I have to be very careful with the foods I buy and when eating out etc.

Coeliac Disease is estimated to be 1 in 100 people there are many undiagnosed so it is becoming very common.
I am on a gluten and wheat free diet and yes I do feel a lot better but as wheat is very widely used in processed foods I am caught out by it on many occassions.
