Blood pressure monitor

I am considering buying a blood pressure monitor. I discovered that there are two types, one for the wrist and one for the arm. Does anybody know which of the two is the best or is there any difference in their performance or accuracy?

There are several types of blood pressure monitor on the market. I have a digital monitor which I find easy to use. I use it on my arm and it is important that it has an inflatable cuff so that it fits your arm properly - otherwise I think you can get an inaccurate reading.
